Technology Awareness Day

The Regional Technology Awareness Day (Tech A-Day) is an annual event that brings together students, educators and vendor partners to highlight innovations in education technology and collaborate on how schools can use them to enhance instruction and streamline school district operations.

2019 Tech A-Day

Thank you to everyone who participated in the 31st Annual Regional Technology Awareness Day held on Friday, December 13, 2019 at the Red Lion Hotel in Albany, NY.

The theme of Awareness Day 2019 was Embracing Wellness in the Digital Age and focused on promoting security, privacy, balance and wellness as educators and students navigate today’s connected world.

Our endnote speaker was Ana Homayoun, a noted teen and millennial expert, speaker and educator. She is also the author of three books: That Crumpled Paper Was Due Last Week, The Myth of the Perfect Girl, and her latest, Social Media Wellness: Helping Tweens and Teens Thrive in an Unbalanced Digital World.
