Digital Solutions for Graduation and Other Year-End Events

The thought of seniors missing out on their high school graduation is heartbreaking. Students have worked too hard for too long to miss out on this traditional rite of passage. The same goes for students involved in other end-of-year celebrations like senior awards nights, moving up day ceremonies, and more important milestones.

That’s why we’re once again teaming up with Herff Jones and Fogarty Services to provide schools the option to move these special end-of-year events online. Herff Jones offers a live stream solution with or without a virtual procession while Fogarty Services offers custom websites for each graduate and the option of adding pre-recorded videos. Both solutions are adaptable for any major student milestone.

Both new partnerships take the guesswork out of going to a digital solution so schools can focus their efforts on responding to the current situation. Rest assured knowing you’ll be in compliance with rigorous requirements of Education Law 2-D, which requires school districts to limit and safeguard access to students and staff personal information. By working through NERIC, school districts will be able to secure a contract at a cooperative price and connect with a company representative.

In addition, another potential option for consideration is to work directly through NERIC to set up a livestream or pre-recorded event through Webex at no additional cost for current Distance Learning and/or Webex subscribers.
