Allovue’s software platform, Balance, integrates with districts’ existing accounting systems and other data systems to help educators plan, monitor and evaluate spending through two products: Balance Manage and Balance Budget.

Balance Manage allows school districts to view available account balances and track spending at the transaction level. Balance Budget eliminates spreadsheets from the process and allows for site-level budget development in a collaborative online environment.

The service includes coordination of data with your financial database and Allovue, as well as mutual support and partnership with Allovue.
