If you are interested in contracting for additional services after the annual deadline for final commitment for services, please follow these steps:
- Complete a Cross Contract/Additional Service form as directed. Include program name, CoSer number and estimated cost (if known). If contracting for a workshop, the person(s) who are attending must be included.
- Obtain the district superintendent’s signature to authorize/approve expenditure.
- Submit to Finance Specialist Julie Yonos at julie.yonos@neric.org for processing.
- The executed copy will be returned to verify addition of the service.
- The charge for this service will be added to your monthly BOCES bill.
