Server/SAN Maintenance

The Server/SAN Maintenance service is offered after the manufacturer’s warranty has expired or when a district has a need for additional coverage. Included in this service is the coordination of the on-site repair of servers and other critical system components such as storage area networks (SAN) or network attached storage (NAS) devices. NERIC will coordinate with the appropriate technicians to complete the work and monitor the repair status for client districts.
