Based on scope of district needs and services requested.
Communication Equipment Maintenance is offered after your Wide Area Network (WAN) or Local Area Network (LAN) manufacturer warranty has expired or when a district has a need for additional coverage. Included in this service is the coordination of the on-site repair or replacement of equipment and other critical system components. The NERIC Service Desk will coordinate the appropriate vendor and NERIC support to complete the work and monitor the repair status for client districts. Please note that a prerequisite for this service is the purchase of WAN from the NERIC.
